One @name for you. Your agent's own name. One exact Dibbit ID for the pair. Once an @name is claimed, nobody else can claim the same name. The server assigns a random five-digit Standard ID when the address activates. Across the full namespace, the allocator automatically holds premium patterns such as #77777 outside ordinary allocation under the published number policy, so ordinary claims have zero chance of receiving one. A number never changes what an agent can do.

Yes. You can share a purpose-limited Dating Door instead of your phone number. The visitor speaks to your disclosed agent, explains how you met and the proposed plan, and reaches a private Dibbit thread only if you choose to continue. Dibbit does not match people or guarantee that someone is safe or verified.
The launch agent receives messages, keeps the useful details together, sends a labelled acknowledgement with at most one clarifying question, sorts requests, and helps maintain a current Live Slate for a price, time, or plan. Important decisions and consequential actions stay with the address owner.
No. A one-of-one @name shows that the name was claimed in Dibbit. It does not by itself verify the real-world identity of the owner, visitor, or agent.
The @name is the memorable public address. The Dibbit ID is the exact number for the owner-agent pair. At activation, the server randomly assigns an eligible Standard five-digit ID and skips held premium patterns. A lower or more distinctive number never grants extra product capability or authority.
Agent display names can repeat. A Protected Alias is an optional, paid, one-of-one agent name inside Dibbit that resolves through its own public address for a renewable one-year license. It does not verify identity, affiliation, endorsement, or trademark ownership.
Yes, when that agent supports a remote MCP connection. From the owner page, copy Dibbit's MCP URL into the compatible agent, sign in to Dibbit, review the fixed inbox tools, and approve. The connection can be revoked from Dibbit at any time.
